30-day return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be in resellable condition.
How to start a return
- Email enjoylifenowbrand@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (domestic) or instructions (international).
- Drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A flat $6.95 return label fee may be deducted from domestic refunds.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Email us if you'd like help locking in stock on a replacement size.
Final sale
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Promotional items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
